Disclosure of Conciant Membership Account Information to Third Parties

We value You as a customer and the right to privacy. Except as may be otherwise required by law, we will (i) exercise commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that your credit card information remains confidential and is available only to personnel who have a need to know such information in connection with providing You with Services or otherwise for our general business purposes and (ii) not sell your name, address or similar personal information to third parties. We may, and reserve the right to, use and disclose internally for our general business purposes and to third party Vendor and Service Providers and their representatives who have a business reason to know any aggregated information, including information You provide to us, regarding our customers and usage of Services and the Sites, for any purpose. It is our general policy to treat your Payment Account Information as confidential. However, we will disclose information to third parties about your Payment Account Information in the following situations:

  • Where it is necessary for completing transactions, including but not limited to, payment of invoices and purchases made for You or on your behalf or otherwise at your direction;
  • In order to comply with a governmental agency or court orders;
  • To defend/enforce these Terms and Conditions or,
  • If You give us written permission.

Capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth in Terms and Conditions.
